Policies
- Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)'s must be worn at all times while in and on the water. No exceptions.
- No Drugs/Alcohol/Firearms are allowed within Mammoth Cave National Park or on any KY River Runner tours
- Each participant must comply with all National Park Service rules and regulations. Click here for more information
- A KY River Runner waiver must be signed before any participant is allowed to participate on a tour.
- Payment for a tour must be paid before the scheduled tour date & time.
- Rain Checks - A Rain Check will be issued if inclement weather is present the day and time of a tour.
- Cancellations - 80% of the fee is refunded if a cancellation is received before 7 days prior to the date of a tour. 70% of the fee will be refunded if cancellation is received 2-6 days prior to the tour. There will be no refunds if cancellations occur on the day of a scheduled tour. Rescheduling a tour is recommended if a cancellation should occur.
